ACOLYTE
On Sunday morning when the acolyte walks down the aisle they are bringing light into the sanctuary. This light reminds everyone that God is with us. At CCPC, all rising 3rd graders and above are encouraged to serve as acolytes on Sunday morning. If you have a child that is of age and interested in serving please call the church office.
USHERS/GREETERS
Would you like to serve in a fun, easy way, while having the chance to meet people of all ages? Consider joining our team of ushers and greeters and be a friendly face to the CCPC’s family. Commitment can be as small as one Sunday a month. To get involved, please call church office.
From Psalm 84:10 – An usher is a “……doorkeeper in the House of God….” whose smile and warm welcome leads people into fellowship with Jesus Christ.
NURSERY: NURSERY SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE IN THE EDUCATION BUILDING
We believe it is important for parents to be able to attend Faith Formation classes and worship. To help facilitate this, nursery care is provided each Sunday morning during the hours of 9:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. If you should be interested in caring for the smallest members of our family please contact church office.
CHILDREN’S CHURCH
Every Sunday, after time with Pastor Ben during worship, the children are dismissed to Children’s Church. This is a time for them to enjoy music, stories, creative projects, and play. If you would like to help, please contact Heather Molfetto or the church office.
SUNDAY SCHOOL TEACHER
Growing as followers of Jesus Christ is very important. At CCPC we believe this is a life-long process. If you have a desire to teach children, youth or adults please let us know. Please contact the church office.
COMMUNION GUILD
Observance of the Lord’s Supper / Communion is always a very special time in worship. Volunteers are needed to help prepare the elements for worship. If you have a desire to assist please contact the church office at.
KITCHEN HOSPITALITY
If you love to throw a party or feel at home in the kitchen, then this group may be just for you. Volunteers are needed to set up, decorate, and help serve meals in the Fellowship Hall on 1st Sundays of the month. If you would like to lend your creative touch, this important group please contact the church office.
