WHAT WE BELIEVE
We are a community of people who believe in Jesus Christ and trust Him with our lives.
We believe that we all miss the mark of God’s intended best for us, and that Jesus died to pay the penalty for our sins, that he was raised from the dead showing his power over sin and death, and that he lives within us and gives us the ability to live new lives.
We believe Jesus loves us just as we are and not as we should be, but he also loves us enough not to leave us the way he found us. We are not perfect. We make mistakes, but we know Jesus forgives us and then transforms us. We welcome all who are on the same journey of seeking to become more like Him.
We believe that the Bible is God’s authoritative word to us, and tells us all we need to know about who God is, and how to live a life that helps us become more like his son Jesus.
We believe that just as Jesus came to serve, we too are called to lives of service. Just as Jesus came to bind up the brokenhearted, bring good news to the poor (both economically and spiritually), and to share the good news of God’s saving love; we seek to do the same in our homes, families, neighborhoods, offices, schools, community, world and in our personal lives.

Q: Who is CCPC?
A: We are a diverse group of people who have welcoming hearts and open minds. Regardless of someone’s past spiritual or church experience, they are always warmly welcome here. We have found that one of life’s greatest joys is getting to know one another and having the opportunity to share the amazing journey of life together.
Q: How is CCPC different than other churches?
A: CCPC celebrated 50 years of ministry in 2015! There have been many changes during the years but one distinct and defining trait that remains constant is that we’re an all-generations community. A snapshot of Sunday morning looks like a family portrait: babies bouncing on an older adults knee, children laughing and running, and people of all ages engaged in conversations and in worship.
Another defining trait of our church is an on-going commitment to the community. During any given week you will find on our campus small groups gathering for Bible Studies, community singing groups practicing, Scouts (Boy, Girl, and Cub) gathering for den and pack meetings, and organizations like AA coming together to support one another.
Q: Where do I go once I am at the church?
A: All worship services and most fellowship activities take place in the Sanctuary building. When you park in the lot, you will walk up the covered breezeway and into the atrium. Worship services will be to your right … fellowship activities to your left. Worship begins at 11:00 am Sunday mornings.
Q: Where do my children go?
A: Child care for children 2 months through 3 years is available in our Educational Building. This is the other main building on the campus. If you enter the door at the end of the building (next to the driveway) you will find the nursery on your immediate left.
Children’s Church (ages 4 through 5th grade) are held in the Educational Building. Following Time with Children, the children will be taken over the Education Building for children’s church.
Q: Who is the Pastor?
A: Rev. Ben Burrows has been the pastor of CCPC since 2012. Ben has been an ordained pastor in the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A) for over 16 years. He is married with four children and loves to fish, read, and cook (especially BBQ).
Q: Can I meet the Pastor?
